Be a part of one of the most exciting times of the year at the Atlanta Children’s Shelter! Holiday House is a place where parents can ‘shop’ free of charge for warm clothing, gifts for their children and family necessities. Welcome to the Atlanta Children's Shelter blog!

As the summer winds down, our staff and volunteers are gearingup for a busy fall season. We're very excited about the upcoming annual Achievers Celebration on September 24th!  We will hear from 8 former parents who have beaten the odds and gone on to achieve a stable, productive life for their families. This event is truly "where the rubber meets the road" and we as a staff and Board can witness with immense pride the fruits of our labor and commitment to homeless families.

Stay tuned...we plan to provide visitors to our site valuable information, insights, and testimonials from our staff, Board, volunteers, donors and clients.
