House Rules
All five of ACS Social Media outlets are created to allow our friends to share their inspirations, thoughts, experience, and stories with the rest of the community. To do so several policies must be respected and followed by all writers and readers.
ACS reserves the right to fail blog/vlog postings and comments which:
- Break US law and/or encourage unlawful activities.
- Include racist, sexist, homophobic, abusive, or otherwise discriminatory and/or offensive contents or use such language.
- Are not of his/her own work.
- Impersonate someone else.
- Repeatedly post the same or similar messages. (“spam”)
- Advertise products or services for profits of commercial company and/or gains of political parties and interest groups.
- Include personal or offensive contents about individual members of the public or people who work for ACS.
- Include contact details of other individual such as phone numbers, email, and postal addresses without his/her consent.
- Disclose any sensitive, proprietary, confidential, or financial information.
- Are unrelated to the topic.
- Are not written in English.
If anyone fails to respect these policies, he/she will receive an email warning. If he/she does not receive this warning because he/she has not provided a current email address, this cannot be accepted as an excuse for continuing to break the rules. If violation of policies continues after a second email warning, ACS will suspend writership/readership and take action against those responsible.
